Remember the paintings I posted a while back? Well, they’re all done! Well, they were, as of the end of last semester…and the next one is about to begin. I guess it’s time to show them all off! I’m not 100% satisfied with all of them. I’m probably going to wind up painting over some of them…or digging into them digitally until I’m happy. Anyway, here are the paintings, and the collages they’re based off of. Enjoy!

In the end, though, I think I like the collages more than the paintings. OH WELL.

    Wow, nice! I really enjoy the first composition. There's something beautiful surreal about floating hair.

    Yeah The collages are really strong. You should try painting with some washes and shit on top and see how it looks!
